Hello there, KG. The reason I'm posting this comment here is kinda weird. I found a groove (or maybe nu jazz, not sure about genre) track on the internet, that I really liked, but I couldn't find out what's the name of the track and who the performer is. So I thought you could help me (you are into this music).

This is the video with the track. Don't bother yourself if you can't name it. Thank you in advance for helping me out.

Best regards and sorry for my english.

Hi anon,

kinda easy this one, and a groove I love. It is by St Germain from the Tourist LP, and the track is called "Sure Thing".

Hope that helps.

Killer Groove, Looks like you're the kinda person people come to for help. I need help. I fell in love with a track on "Demdike Stare-Needle Exchange 053" podcast 39min:48sec into the mix (2nd from last track. It is by Ian Carr and all they say about it is "we then flip over to a
tense, spooky composition from UK Jazz legend Ian Carr". I just gotta have it..something about it just takes me somewhere else. I'm hopin, prayin you can help me as he has alot of work out. You can dl the free mix if you'd like here http://www.self-titledmag.com/home/2011/01/28/needle-exchange-053-an-exclusive-mix-by-demdike-stare/#more-15669

I'll be back to check on you

Right Red Lips,

Your turn. Ian Carr is not really my speciality, although this track could well turn me onto his music, I loved it.

With some help of some good friends we believe that this tune is taken from the Ian Carr & Nucleus LP Belladonna (Vertigo 6360 076) 1972 (Reissued on BGOCD566)

I hope that helps, and good luck tracking it down.

Hey Killer Grove I stumbled on to your blog and really enjoy the show. I noticed that you provide zshare links for dl which was exciting to me because i wanted to put the show on my ipod. But when i follow the link it seems to say the file is not found. Am i doing something wrong?

Hey ThatsKanoe,

We think the ZShared links are getting deleted due to file sharing laws tightening. Let me have your personal email and I'll see what can be done for getting a link to you. Have you been able to listen to the show via Samurai.fm?
